Our warehouse team make it their priority to get your order out as soon as possible. Orders are processed and dispatched every weekday except bank holidays, but please note orders are not processed over the weekend. If you place your order prior to 1:00pm on a weekday, your order will be dispatched the same day. Please note, selecting a specific delivery method (such as Royal Mail 24) does not mean your parcel will be delivered to you within 24 hours of placing your order. Your parcel will be dispatched according to our normal cutoff times, so if you place your order on a Friday afternoon, your order will be dispatched on the next working day (most likely Monday) when our warehouse re-opens.
If we are missing an item from your order or when we are running large sales or promotions it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order; this happens rarely but we’ll keep you updated if there are any lengthy delays.
When placing your order, please take care to provide the correct address details to ensure the smooth delivery of your order. Missing an apartment number, or providing the wrong postcode can result in your parcel being delivered to the wrong address, lost in transit or returned to sender. We will not accept responsibility for delayed or missing parcels if the incorrect delivery details are provided when you place your order. If you choose to have your order addressed to a hotel, motel, holiday park or camp ground or any other type of short term or holiday rental accommodation, we will not accept any responsibility if your parcel is not successfully delivered to you, or delivered in the timeframe that you are at the address.
When your online purchase is dispatched you will receive an email containing your delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time. Please follow the tracking on your parcel and check your email / phone for updates from the post/courier service as your parcel progresses. If you notice any issues with the delivery, please contact the post/courier service to request assistance and then if required, contact us to seek further assistance. We do rely on post/courier services to deliver parcels to you, so if there is a delivery issue, we request your understanding that we will assist to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All orders are sent via the Royal Mail Tracked service. You may select either Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. Both of these services are a fully trackable delivery service. You can receive SMS or email notification to keep updated on your delivery. From time-to-time, Royal Mail faces delays across the network so there may be delays to your delivery which are out of our control.
Upon confirmation of a successful delivery to your delivery address, we do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen goods. If your parcel is to be delivered to a business address, please ensure you note the business name in the checkout process.
